RGM Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Growth Management Analyst - France to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The RGM function drives commercial strategy and growth- focusing on Pricing- Promotion and Price Pack Architecture. As a truly cross-functional team- we work closely on a day-to-day basis with Sales- Finance- Marketing and Supply Chain.

Reporting to the RGM Lead France- you will take ownership of:

Own Pricing and Promotion analytics for Retail and Foodservice portfolio.
Research and bring new ideas to examine Pricing and Promo strategy.
Champion the use of data to strengthen commercial understanding of Pricing and Promotions within the organization.
Track competitive landscape- identify and propose key business opportunities in Pricing- Promotion and Assortment Planning.
Optimize Promo plan and allocation of promotional budget to maximize profit with Sales teams.
Support guideline-setting for Commercial and Sales teams on Pricing and Promotional strategy per Category- Channel and customers.
Connect pricing and promotional lever with wider Joint Business Plans with customers.
Support Marketing-led business cases to ensure path-to-profitability.
Support the business with external negotiation by building trade stories for recommended strategies.
Drive alignment on RGM workstreams with partner functions (e.g. Finance- Marketing- Supply Chain etc.)
Qualifications

Hard Skills

University Degree in a relevant field
1-4 years of experience in Finance or Commercial (preferably in the FMCG industry)
Ability to partner with the business- provide insights and craft engaging presentations
Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience working with Nielsen/IRI/Kantar is an advantage.
Professional knowledge of English. French preferred but not required

Project management skills - Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized- structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.
