To reinforce the RMS Success & Excellence Team, we are actively looking for a Revenue Success Lead

Because the entire Accor RM Community is using our Revenue Management Solutions to optimize their Revenue

And we seek to maintain a very high level of user satisfaction.
How will the mission be articulated?
The Revenue Success Lead will focus on problem solving throughout the life of our RM Solutions and revenue operation in order to maintain a high degree of satisfaction for users. She/He will also be responsible for the administrative elements.
The main objective of this role is to focus on problem solving!
Through coordination with the hubs and self-management, you will oversee all the levels of support on Revenue Management Solutions, and strategic revenue questions. Having all systems up & running will be your daily mantra, while assisting the RM Community when faced with problems using the system. Like a control tower, you and your team will be at the center of all interactions between IT, Product Owner and external suppliers.
What is it exactly about?
Being part of the RMS Success Management Team, you will be responsible of:
Taking Care and seeking for solutions.
Manage the different level of support (from L1 to L3)
BackOffice & Transfer knowledge for the Level 1 & 2
Ownership of Level 3 & solution finding coordination with experts
Encouraging self-help with the development of the ‘RM Wiki’ and SOP
Detecting & alerting on major system failures.
Security & Access guarantor
Sharing & training users on the daily usage of systems and task lists
Administration: reporting, invoicing and contracting tasks
Elevate our customers/community by helping them deliver value through our solutions
Communication to users (system and method evolutions)
Sharing of Best practices related to RM and Solutions
Auditing RMS Usage, RM practices & giving feedback / advices
Animate user groups to discuss on the needs and evolutions
Key interactions
Internal: RM, hubs, Product, IT, Distribution
External: 3rd party vendors

Your experience
Engineering or business school degree
Consulting background is a plus
Experience in RM
+3 Years
Understanding and experience in using 3rd party RM systems
Fluent English skills

Understanding of Accor ecosystem
Project management
Analysis and conceptualization capabilities
Technology savvy with understanding of BI tools/processes
iDeaS, EZRMS, PMS, CRS and 3rd party technology understanding
Strong communication and relationship skills
