Key Responsibilities :
Build Champagne sales projection taking into account business acceleration, finance and supply teams input by:
Incorporating strategic ambitions of brand market combinations
Integrating supply constraints and challenges from cellars and procurement
Evaluating financial potential, impact of recent market dynamic and brand performances
Submit to senior management proposed inflexions to be made on long term sales projection to deliver Group ambitions and targets on Champagne category
Support volume / value equation in collaboration with Marketing and Acceleration teams all year-long
Manage Champagne yearly volume allocations by markets: drive allocations demand process (MyAllocations, ad hoc demands) taking into account long-term aligned sales projections. Lead alignment of allocations with key regions stakeholders and MMPJ top management.
Launch, structure and actively maintain in-depth analyses and deep-dives to support CODI and senior management in the long-term strategy of our Maisons:
On categories and markets dynamics, structures and key trends in order to identify risks and opportunities
On competitors long term strategy: growth potential, portfolio management, M&A activities, by managing competitive reviews on a regular basis together with the Analyst
About business indicators in order to answer specific issues (i.e., ROCE target, etc..)
Collaborate actively in the integration of Chateau Sainte Marguerite in MMPJ: management of volumes, development in key markets, identification of new opportunities
Participate to Group transformation ambitions in MMPJ (e.g., 3 year growth equation, S&OP transformation, etc.)
Profile
Education required: Master’s degree in any related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting firm specialized in finance or strategy
Fluent in both French & English
Internal stakeholders: Business analysis, Supply chain, Business Acceleration, Marketing, Senior Management
