Job Description
Main objectives :
Manage countries revenue managers and drive group yielding strategy
Analyze revenue trading and main business KPIs to provide data-driven recommendations
Ensure a solid revenue forecast process and improve standards across countries
Be the leader of Proximity SL development within the RCM organization as well as the Revenue Integrity
Main missions :
Revenue Management
Follow up weekly performance trading (like revenue per unit, utilization, build per channel) and provide data-driven recommendations to countries, to pricing team and the Group functions.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and presentations for top management
Manage revenue managers in the countries (dotted line): anticipate forecast variations and drive group on yielding strategy with countries & one business analyst for daily activities (direct line)
Participate to Friday calls with countries commercial teams
Forecasting
Lead Countries revenue forecasts follow up & consolidation on a weekly basis (assumptions, consistency, evolution…).
Lead Group Budget exercise regarding the topline (Revenue)
Communication to key stakeholders (sales, controlling, fleet, management board). Variations analysis, identification of risks and opportunities.
Lead all activities regarding forecast accuracy, data and performance outputs
Be proactive to improve the current tools and help for the integration of the new forecasting tool
Proximity RCM Referent
Be the leader of Proximity SL development within the RCM organization
Monitor the performance and ensure that countries reach their forecasts
Coordinate with Proximity teams the new Proximity steering model
Revenue Integrity
Design the Revenue Integrity 3-year plan
Implement new processes in all countries to reduce Revenue leakage and improve Revenue quality
Manage 1 senior analyst (external hire)
Transversal missions
Colead Group Summer strategy with Pricing Director and other Group Revenue Manager i.e. provide strategic guidelines, countries support and right level of monitoring
Follow up on the implementation and success of RCM 3-year plan
Management of 2 business analysts: 1 RCM and 1 Revenue Integrity (direct line)
Management of revenue managers in countries (dotted line)
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Group Revenue and Capacity Management, Pricing, Countries, Sales, Marketing & Product Management, Performance, Ecommerce, Controlling.
External: External data and software providers
