Job Description
The Global Digital Marketing team for Premium, Midscale & Economy is a commercially driven team delivering web direct revenue at a controlled cost. We are a team of digital channel & ecommerce project experts leading the web direct commercial strategy & supporting regional eCommerce teams, overseeing overall commercial web direct performance; leveraging all digital channels, digital partnerships and tools to maximise topline revenue in the most cost effective way. We are servicing, supporting and enabling all the brands and our loyalty programme, ensuring a full funnel approach in all our campaign activation through paid and owned channels

Context Within the Global Digital Marketing team (Premium, Midscale & Economy division), in the Data & Analysis department led by the Head of Digital Marketing Data & Analysis reporting directly to the SVP Global Digital Marketing for Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands will be accountable and responsible for inin-depth eCommerce web direct data & analysis to support business performance and ensure Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands profitability. They will be responsible for 3 direct reports.
Monitor 360º eCommerce performance and budget to achieve Business and Financial targets
Forecast & model worldwide eCommerce activities (spend and revenue targets) for Premium, Midscale & Economy division and support regions in establishing their local activities
Ensure the link between eCommerce performance and the associated fees (
Coordinate global digital marketing spend to ensure profitability and facilitate consolidation for Premium, Midscale & Economy division
Lead with Business Performance team the standardization of dashboarding across all levers (Acquisition, CRM, web…) with the support of the Digital Factory for one source of truth between Global and Regions, supporting POS or Destination view, calculating web direct ROI
Integrate where/if possible, Partner/Agency tools into our dashboard ecosystem to simplify business review and ROI reporting
Support the Digital Factory in data quality, tracking & measurement; contribute to and communicate guidelines and tools to regional teams
Align and liaise with Business Performance team to provide a macro view of Premium, Midscale & Economy division web direct performance
Enhance digital marketing data & measurement capabilities, identify new data set collection and scale usage
Collaborate with other department to get a holistic & coordinated approach of the performance
Alert on business data related issues and assist in identifying root causes and inform key impacted stakeholders
Manage, develop and motivate direct reports; in charge of appraisals, development and succession plan
Foster a culture of sharing, trust and recognition

Qualifications
Analytics with Marketing & Loyalty background; strong data expertise in Digital channels essential
10+ years (international) work experience preferably with experience in the Hotel and/or travel industry
Strong data analysis skills, translating data into insight, with high proficiency in Excel
Business acumen , ability to make clear recommendations
Proven track record in managing team, and working in a matrix environment
Strong leadership skills, collaborative working mode
Proactive, result driven in fast paced environment
Excellent communication & networking skills
Strategic and Analytical Problem Solver, target-oriented attitude
Fluent in English + ideally other EU language
